Our charitable objectives are 'to further and promote the craft of beekeeping and to advance the education of the public in the importance of bees in the environment'
Education of the very significant numbers of new beekeepers and research projects into honey bee health are important areas of current activity and investment.
When you donate money to the BBKA it is spent on our core objectives - education & research. As an organisation run primarily by volunteers the majority of our income is spent on research and education by keeping our operational costs to a minimum.
