Newcastle Beekeeping Association Apiary
The apiary is run by Mr David Varty, and Mr Kyle Miller.
The Newcastle BKA apiary is situated at: Cutthorn Farm, Gibside, NE16 6AA.

Meeting are held on Saturdays from 11:00 to 13:00 during the summer season, which is April - September.
Activities will vary subject to prevailing weather and the time of the season but these meetings are an ideal opportunity for beginners to gain experience of bees and beekeeping equipment. In case of inclement weather meet in the cafe at East Byermoor Guest House on Fellside Road. Arrangements for the basic bee exam can be made as appropriate (please discuss with David and/or Kyle).
