Honey jars
At present, we offer Full and Partner Membership  to our Society (£22 and £15.30 respectively per annum) for those who keep bees, which gives automatic membership to the British Beekeepers' Association (BBKA) and Brood Disease Insurance (BDI) for 3 colonies each.

BBKA membership benefits include information and advice on beekeeping, the magazine BBKA News and access to beekeeping examinations.  There is also third party liability for members and further BDI cover from 3 to 39 colonies.  Follow the link to the BBKA web site for full information.

Details of all the classes are on the forms. We also offer the possibility of 'family membership', for the family of full members and 'friends' membership' (£10 pa) for anyone who does not have their own bees.

Beekeepers not residing at the same address should pay the full rate each.  BDI is payable as appropriate, please ask for clarification if necessary.

For more details, please contact Michael Sheasby or Maureen Williams (see Contacts section) or download application form from links.
