The South Gloucestershire Beekeepers' Association meet on a monthly basis during the winter at Alveston Methodist Hall at 7:30 pm and during the summer at our beautiful branch apiary or members apiaries.

All newcomers are encouraged to take the BBKA basic exam. We are also starting courses for those who wish to take the Beekeeping Husbandary Exam.
Meetings are informal and friendly and everyone is most welcome. The tea and cakes at our members apiaries are worth the visit alone!
At our outdoor meetiings we will be working live bees so please make arrangements for protective clothing prior to your visit.
