Kent beekeeping Novice's Taster Day

Practical & theory, an insight into beekeeping, with the opportunity to visit our dedicated teaching apiary and handle bees.

Suitable for people with no prior experience who are considering keeping bees or just interested in the world of bees. This three-hour course introduces you to the basics of beekeeping, with plenty of opportunity for informal discussion. Gives you the opportunity to handle bees at our teaching apiary. Full bee suits and gloves are also provided.
