The BBKA Spring Convention is the major event in the beekeeping calendar and probably Europe's biggest national beekeeping event. With more than 30 lectures from international and leading UK speakers and nearly 40 workshops and courses during the 3 day event, there is something for everyone, expert, improver, beginner and non-beekeeper.

You need to pre-book most Workshops & Courses. Course fees are payable for many workshops. By paying a modest booking fee you can pre-book your place on many courses. Special features for 2014:
The Insect Pollinators Initiative research presentations on Friday afternoon can be booked using the Book Events and Services link. There is no booking fee for this sponsored event.

Finally, the all important Trade Show is a must! This year it will be open on Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. The main UK suppliers and leading overseas companies are represented in the 2500m2 Exhibition Halls.
