13. CAKES AND CONFECTIONARY Cakes and Confectionary must be made by the Exhibitor and displayed on a white paper plate or doily in a clear unsealed plastic bag. Exhibitors must conform to any Schedule requirements which specify the recipe and the shape and size of the baking tin to be used. Where the Schedule does not specify a recipe for the class the Exhibitor must provide the recipe as directed in the Schedule. Cakes and Confectionery may be cut in half by the judge.
