• Cakes and Confectionary must be made by the Exhibitor and displayed on a white paper plate or doily in a clear unsealed plastic bag.

  • Exhibitors must conform to any Schedule requirements which specify the recipe and the shape and size of the baking tin to be used.

  • Where the Schedule does not specify a recipe for the class the Exhibitor must provide the recipe as directed in the Schedule.

  • Cakes and Confectionery may be cut in half by the judge.
