By searching for bee products via this link you will also be able to access the Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) for each product which contains details on how to use the product, what precautions to take and what adverse events can occur following administration. Click on the link to access the Product Information Database: https://www.vmd.defra.gov.uk/productinformationdatabase, this will take you to the homepage. Scroll down and click the 'search' button. On the search page select ‘Bees’ in the species drop down box and then click 'run search', this will then bring up all the currently authorised products. Any adverse events (side effects or lack of efficacy cases) can be reported online at https://www.gov.uk/report-veterinary-medicine-problem or directly to the Marketing Authorisation Holder for the product.
